1. Shipping - all orders are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. Tracking is provided. Orders are shipped First Class or Priority.  Expedited shipping is available for additional cost. Contact us if you want expedited shipping. Please contact us for international shipping.

2. Refunds/Returns - there are no refunds or returns on items unless they are damaged. Proof of damage will need to be supplied within 3 days of delivery.

3. Exchanges - unused items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item and sending out the new item.
